Paul Davis Restoration of Worcester County located in Shrewsbury, MA is actively looking for a motivated full-time Lead Carpenter to join our team. This position calls for a skilled individual to perform all aspects of residential and commercial carpentry while delivering the highest standard of customer service. You will also manage subcontractors or other employees on during various remodeling projects. A well rounded skill set is ideal as you will perform all aspects of the construction process. Working a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30 pm, our Lead Carpenters earn $30.00-$38.00 an hour, based on experience. You will be joining a team that works hard, has fun, and supports each other. And, you will become part of a stable company that is respected in the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 - 7 years of carpentry experience
Proficient in finish carpentry
Skilled in drywall installation and repair
Basic plumbing and electrical abilities
Able to do framing, siding, and other general carpentry tasks
Have your own tools and dependable transportation
5 years of experience in a carpenter position is a plus!
